Our second participation at Techtextil trade show was a complete success and confirmed the strong demand for innovative application solutions made from metal and composite foils. At our booth, we presented our processing workflow in miniature format, bringing our technologies—from perforating, embossing, and coating to cutting and 3D forming—to life in a tangible way. Many visitors discovered new potential applications for our solutions.

Particular interest was shown not only in our coated aluminum foils for technical textiles—which are sealable and can be processed reliably in thermoforming, for example for thermal, acoustic, or EMC applications in the automotive sector, among others. Futhermore, our microperforation and lamination solutions for optimizing the functionality of a wide variety of materials sparked much interest and were the focus of discussions.

With its trade show presence, gemet GmbH presented itself as an experienced product development partner for customized solutions—from roll goods to finished 3D-formed components, made in Germany. We thank all visitors for the in-depth discussions and the exciting insights.
